Dance Classes

At the Fort Collins Club there are many kinds of dance classes that are good work outs and get your heart tare going. one of the the classes is called Dance Fusion and it is a class that has a free style, non impact dance with a flair of yoga, tai-chi, martial arts and mind body connection. This class is very fun and all fitness levels are welcome It helps to have a little dance backround but it is not nessecary. This class takes place on Mondays at 7:05. The other dance class is called Be Bad Hip Hop. This class is full of hip hop dance moves to the top 40 songs and old school music. This class is all about hip hop and being bad! This class is on Saturday at 8:30 so come to dance some hip hop!

Box Fit

The Box Fit club is a intense work out that will get your heat rate up and get your arms pumping. This class includes a series of boxing drills and strength coditioning. The workout is in a circut training format. this class meets in the gymnasium on Tuesdays from 9:15 to 10:15. This will be one of the hards but best workouts your have ever done because of the circut training format and the strength conditioning. this class is only once a week so i recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good workout!

Group Power

The Group Power class is a barbell program that strengthens all your major muscles in a motivating enviorment. The exercises are simple and easy so this class is good for all fitness levels and ages. The kind of exercises that are done in this class are simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls. They are simple exercises but they really do work on all your mucles so you will become stronger in all your major muscles.

Powersculpt

The powersculpt class is a muscle specific class that is filled with exercises to improve your endurance, strength and felxibility of upper and lower body muscles. Resistance work, standing and floor exercises are preformed for an overall body workout. This class is for everone even if you are a beginner. If you want to get a full body workout and build your muscle strength, this class is the right one for you!

Club Fit Classes

The club fit classes are on multiple days throughout the week: MONDAY 9:15am- 10:15am WEDNESDAY 8:15am- 9:15am 9:15am- 10:15am 5:15pm- 6:15pm FRIDAY 9:15am- 10:15am SATURDAY 8:30am-9:30am Club Fit is a great workout that increases your strength and stability with stations that increase your heart rate while burning calories. The stations can include box jumps, pull ups, kettle balls, jogging, push ups or any other upper body strength workouts. You go through the stations mulitiple times in a row that makes Club Fit such a good workout. At the end of the work out you do abs which is a great end to the workout! During the work out they play good up beat music that pumps you up which motivates you till you finish the workout.

Aquatics Programs


    At the Fort Collins Club they have an indoor pool with lap lanes that is open year round. They also have an out door pool that is open in the summers. They have seven main different classes, • Water Aerobics • Adult Swim Classes • Master Swim • Youth Swim Classes • Youth Swim Team • Open Lap Swimmin • Private Swim Lessons All of theses classes reduce the chance of injury, supports your body, and is a good work out that keeps your heart rate up. There is an aquatic class for every age from a child to a senior citizen. Where you are a great swimmer and need training or you are just learning there is still a class for you. Also everyday the indoor is open for everyone to enjoy and free swim, whether that is swimming laps or just taking a dip in the pool. Whatever and whenever you want to swim the Fort Collins Club always has a swimming class or swimming pool open!

Pilates Classes

The Pilates Training Method is an integrated series of fluid movements that are beneficial for all ages and abilities. It is designed to condition the entire body, using positions and movements that simulate functional activities. Through strengthening and stretching, the body is brought into alignment while the core is activated and the spine is supported. You will strengthen what is weak and stretch what is strong.
