The Three B's is a class that uses
Bars,
Bands and stability
Balls. This class goes for thirty minutes on Mondays from 6:30 to 7. This class is good for people who want to strengthen your upper body and your lower body while increasing your core stability and abdominals strength. this class doesnt require any training so all fitness levels are welcome! This class is a good full body work out that will tone and strengthen your muscles. If some of the workouts are to hard for you, the instructors always show you a way where you still get a good workout just easier and in moderation which is very nice for beginners!
