Yoga

There are many yoga classes that are offered at the Fort Collins Club. They offer over thirty yoga classes a week. These are good for body conditioning strengthen and tone muscles while simultaneously increasing flexibility and balance, giving the body a long, lean shape while relaxing you. The techniques of movement that are the most efficient, natural and pain free ways to play and live productively. They have a very friendly staff that makes the enviorment very welcoming! There are some yoga classes that are more advanced or some that are more basic and some in the middle so there is always a yoga class that is a good fit for you.
